Q: How did you get involved with P.R.O.B.E.: Out of the Shadows?
A: I've known James Wylder for quite some time now. It's a marvelous thing about the internet, getting to know writer's around the world. I was really honoured that he contacted me to be involved in such a great project.
Q: What can the audience expect to see from your story in Out of the Shadows?
A: I like ghost stories - but not scary ghost stories, or horror stories, but stories about forgotten memories, about lives once lived, and history slowly being erased as time goes by. It fascinates me as a concept and I tried to capture it within this story.
Q: How did you find the writing process?
A: So, I am known only for long books. So I was a little bit worried about writing a short story - since it isn't my strong point - but I decided to apply a technique the editor of my novels was teaching me to try and reduce the length of my novels. It worked really, really well in enabling me to structure a short story. In the end, I greatly enjoyed the experience and found it very beneficial to my growth as a writer.
Q: What are you most proud of about your story?
A: Ah, that it's actually short.
And also I was really worried about writing someone else's characters and doing them justice, and I feel I did okay in the end.
Q: Where else can we find your work?
A: You can find my work at kmlpublishing.com
