For Immediate Release April 1st, 2022. The First of April. The day of April that comes before the other days. The first day of April. The day that specifically is the first one in the month of April. At Arcbeatle Press, we've been striving to create a wide array of fiction that gives voices to up and coming writers, and allow new worlds to flourish. But being that we've done that already, we've decided to cancel our popular and well-liked series Academy 27, and give it a total reboot that changes the premise to one we feel will be much more dramatic, relatable, and profitable for us: Writing stories loosely based off of mid-budget movies that emulate an indie film style. Introducing A27: your new home for an extremely specific and niche genre of fiction that we're sure isn't going to backfire on us at all. To celebrate, some of our best writers have put together a sampler of what to expect from us in the future, enjoy!

Welcome to WARSONG: Tales from the WARS Universe. At Arcbeatle Press, we've been excitedly waiting to bring you new stories set in the future of Decipher's WARS, but we've also known its hard to find sometimes. So we'll be releasing our WARS stories under the WARSONG banner, a new look and a new way to breathe life into these stories and characters we care so much about.
If this is your introduction to this setting--welcome! You've chosen a great time to hop on. There are exciting things coming. Look for a new story coming every week for the near future, and our release of the book WARSONG: Preludes this April! We're back! After a personal injury, and Covid-19, threw us for loops, we're really happy to bring you a brand new WARS adventure. Writer James Wylder has wanted to tackle this story since he first read about this aspect of WARS years ago, and we hope you enjoy the result. Happy Easter if you celebrate it, and good wishes for a better rest to our year. Please take care, be well, and enjoy our little tale of sci-fi adventure in a different space than we're used to seeing.... -The AP Team
