Chris Cwej, the soldier with a heart of gold. In the 30th century, he had a chance encounter with a mysterious traveler his very first day on the Adjudicator police force. Now, being dropped off to live with gods of time, he’s become an employee of a covert alien organization, to prevent another time war. Chris hates what he does, but ultimately complies and meets new friends along the way.
Kwol Serenity. Flippant, immature, but well-meaning and loving.

After they commit a horrible atrocity after an arranged marriage from hell, Chris takes both Kwol and Larles under his wing to teach them kindness and compassion to prove he’s still human, deep down.
